Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with industry standards and regulations, including AS9100 and ISO 9001.
Conduct inspections and tests on products and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and quality records.
Evaluate and monitor supplier quality performance, conduct supplier audits, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
