Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of renovation and construction processes is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the renovation process.
