Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Highlight the features and benefits of the company’s products and services.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales deals. Ensure that contracts and agreements are accurately prepared and signed.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up with clients post-sale to maintain strong relationships.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve company goals. Share insights and feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.
Training and Development: Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Knowledge of the industry or market relevant to the company’s products and services is a plus.
