As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications and systems.

Duties

Embedded development and debug, including units and integration tests.
Enhancing and Re-vamping C/C++ that is digital signal processing that displays Spectrum Data.
Perform device investigations and write reports.
Develop Electronics for the product and for supporting tools for high reliability.
Write protocols, tests methods and create presentations related to design activities and perform necessary studies using various lab equipment.
Ability to develop Systems and/or Software Requirements.
Experience in System Design and/or Software Development.
Experience in System Integration: System/Software and/or Hardware/Software.
Experience in System and/or Software verification.
Proficient in modern programming languages (ex. C/C++, Python/Perl, C#/Java).
Experience with all phases of a formal product development life cycle.
Experience with local and remote debugging concepts and tools.
Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience.
Must be a U.S Citizen due to having the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance, plus if have one.
Ability to develop software in Assembly, C, C++, and/or other programming languages.
Experience in GUI development using relevant frameworks and toolkits.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered development methodologies.
Proficiency in software engineering development, testing and certification process tools.
Ability to document requirements and specifications.
Demonstrates project leadership skills.
Looks for and incorporates process improvement opportunities in the development process.
Good oral and written communication
Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team.
Organizational and analytical skills a must.
Meets project schedules and budgets.
