Responsibilities

• Assist the leadership in leading expansion plans for the market and launching new services
• Work with business owners and the Country Manager to develop new strategies and push operational standards
• Refine User Experience through Data Dashboards and support management strategy decisions
• Coordinate local marketing activities, including developing partnerships and organizing events
• Represent Binance at local events and in communication with external stakeholders

Requirements

• 7-10 years of proven success in a similar role in a start-up industry
• Experience in leading operations and a strong understanding of growth tactics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data-focused with the ability to analyze data
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with team members and external partners
• Self-starter and leader who can evaluate risks and rewards in innovative operations
• Passion for crypto and digital assets
