About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Partnership Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and nurturing relationships with key third-party partners that are essential to our business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with charger manufacturers, payment processors, third-party developers, SIM card providers, payment terminal manufacturers, energy meters, etc., ensuring they deliver exceptional service to AMPECO and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Develop joint customer acquisition strategies to maximise mutual benefits and drive growth for both AMPECO and its partners
    • Manage referral programs to ensure a steady stream of potential customers from partners
    • Promote AMPECO’s offerings to partner customers, ensuring mutual value and enhancing partner relations

    • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners
    • Clearly understand what partners can deliver to AMPECO’s customers and ensure they meet these expectations

    • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with AMPECO's business goals and objectives
    • Ensure each partner has a clear understanding of our expectations and requirements
    • Regularly assess partner performance to ensure they meet service level agreements and deliver value to AMPECO and our clients

    • Negotiation and Contracts:
    • Lead negotiations with partners to secure favourable terms and agreements
    • Ensure all contracts are in place and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements

    • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Account Management, Product Development, TAC, and Technical Integrations Teams) to ensure seamless integration and support of partner solutions

    • Problem Resolution:
    • Address any issues or challenges that arise with partners promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to AMPECO's operations and client satisfaction

    • Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform partnership strategies and identify new potential partners

Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the IT sector or EV charging industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.
    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in English.
