Responsibilities:
Business Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
SharePoint Implementation: Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions to meet business needs. Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
Requirements Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored SharePoint solutions. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates.
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure SharePoint solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for improvements.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on SharePoint functionalities and best practices. Create user guides and training materials.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing SharePoint solutions and processes. Implement best practices and innovative approaches to improve efficiency and user experience.
Project Management: Manage SharePoint-related projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security within SharePoint environments. Implement and maintain data governance policies.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain SharePoint dashboards and reports to provide insights into business performance and process efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SharePoint.
Strong proficiency in SharePoint (on-premises and/or SharePoint Online) customization and development.
Experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, and other related tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint, CBAP) are a plus.
