Job Title: SharePoint Business Analyst
Clearance Level: Public Trust
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Business Analyst with a Public Trust clearance to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and developing solutions to improve organizational efficiency using SharePoint. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of SharePoint-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for SharePoint solutions.
Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization using SharePoint.
Solution Design: Design SharePoint-based solutions that meet business requirements, including the development of site structures, workflows, and custom applications.
Implementation: Oversee the implementation of SharePoint solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of SharePoint solutions.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use SharePoint solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, project managers, and other business analysts to ensure seamless integration of SharePoint solutions with other systems.
Compliance: Ensure all SharePoint solutions comply with relevant security and privacy regulations, particularly those associated with Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of [3] years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SharePoint.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Experience with SharePoint development, including custom workflows, site creation, and content management.
Experience with Public Trust clearance requirements and compliance.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, including SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and other related tools.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
