  • Identify, contact, and recruit Lawn Pros and Pool Pros nationwide through outbound calls, emails, and texts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, fostering trust and effectively conveying the benefits of joining our platform.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into active vendors, meeting or exceeding monthly recruitment targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings and recruitment approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, update databases, and provide regular reports on recruitment progress.
  • Address vendor inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of vendor acquisition experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service roles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
