SR. SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant (Remote living in Mexico)
Summary
Responsibilities
- Engage in peer-to-peer dialogue with clients about their industry and their situation.
- Open new discussions and build new opportunities with clients.
- Construct the overall transformation roadmap for the client.
- Build strong rapport with clients creating respect and trust.
- Select appropriate tools available to develop and validate business cases including lifetime costing.
- Shape and influence client attitudes to outcomes and key benefits for both the client and the company.
- Plan and lead delivery of workshops and facilitated client events.
- Develop MOC work streams and lead the implementation of MOC activities acting as the change consultant for the client.
- Propose solutions addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of company standardized and customized services.
- Create proposals describing the company's solution and the associated value proposition.
Requirements
- 7+ years of strong configuration and hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM)
- Advanced English
- Integration with MM / FICO modules and with external applications is recommended
- Strong knowledge in SAP PM Master data and transactional activities
- Familiar with Configuration of entire master data, Serial number, BOM, Maintenance Task list, Measuring point, counters, PM work centers, and Maintenance plans
- Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regarding SAP – Plant Maintenance and ability to lead the team
- Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly
- Detailed knowledge of the SAP Plant maintenance master data, Maintenance notifications, Maintenance orders
- Hands-on experience on SAP PM production support and Functional Testing
- Analyze functional and technical needs and identify gaps and alternative solutions relative to existing design
- Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided
- Ability to configure SAP PM and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements

As a SAP Plant Maintenance consultant, you will provide business domain solution, process, strategy, business case and change consulting to external client at functional and senior management level, on a chargeable basis.
The business domain includes industry specific business process and function specific business process such as HR, accounting and IT. It also includes developing and managing IT governance mechanism and various policies such as security policy, business continuity policy.

Who you are / Basic requirements:
- 7+ years of strong configuration and hands on experience in Plant Maintenance (SAP PM)
- Advanced English.

- Strong knowledge in SAP PM Master data and transactional activities.
