As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and customizations to the Salesforce Platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure the development of scalable solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.  There are some analyst duties with this position.  You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and collaborate to implement system enhancements.  This is crucial in optimizing the utilization of Salesforce throughout the organization.

Requirements

Essential Duties:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, Flows, Formulas and Validation Rules.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and design solutions.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and team members.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance our platform.
• Document  technical specifications as needed.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
• Where necessary, lead Salesforce related projects by identifying stakeholders, gathering requirements, solutioning and design, documentation and change management of process and system changes
• Work on a Scrum team consisting of Admins and Developers utilizing Agile software methods to support all aspects of Salesforce
