Strategic Implementation Analyst (Secret Clearance Required)- Hybrid Remote

The Strategic Implementation Analyst will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, budget management experience, and proficiency in PowerPoint for effective communication of strategic plans. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and YLOOKUP to analyze and interpret data. This position is 2-3 days remote per week and requires an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Implementation:
• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic plans.
• Budget Management:
• Assist in the creation and management of project budgets.
• Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Data Analysis:
• Utilize Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and YLOOKUP, to analyze and interpret data.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
• Communication & Reporting:
• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate strategic plans, project updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Project Management:
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Track progress and performance of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to management.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
