As a Team Lead, Business Development, you will assist with the progression and growth of the Business Development Representative (BDR) team and help them further their sales careers. You will be a primary point of contact for effective outbound lead generation practices within the sales organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Business Development Manager, you will oversee a team of select Business Development Representatives as a Team Lead.
