Summary

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and recruit Lawn Pros and Pool Pros in the US through outbound calls, emails, and texts
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, fostering trust and effectively conveying the benefits of joining our platform
• Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into active vendors, meeting or exceeding monthly recruitment targets
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings and recruitment approach
• Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, update databases, and provide regular reports on recruitment progress
• Address vendor inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service roles
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and goals
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
