We are seeking a technically strong individual to join our team of IAM Analysts who will support Cybersecurity and collaborate with Security Analysts, Security Engineers, Audit and Governance professionals, Service Desk, and Development teams. This role includes managing access for users, assisting in access reviews, and supporting enterprise IAM tools.
Flexible Work Policy: The work for the IAM Analyst position is completely 100% remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories. This position may have the potential to travel up to 20% dependent on business needs.

External: This role will interact frequently with third-party security vendors
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of general IT experience
An understanding of core IAM and security-related concepts, such as a least privilege access approach, separation of duties, user access reviews, and access provisioning.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Record of accomplishment of acting with integrity, taking pride in work, seeking to excel, being curious and adaptable, and communicating effectively.
Highly trustworthy; leads by example
Approximately 20% travel based on business needs
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information assurance or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years’ experience in Identity & Access Management, Security Administration, or Security Helpdesk
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $55,000 - $90,000.
This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.
