Requirements

Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in technical support, preferably in the telecommunications field, is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle diverse technical inquiries.
Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers.
Willingness to relocate to Athens and experience a new cultural adventure.
