Responsibilities

Work closely with internal technical sales team to understand industry problems.
Research the state of the art to scope and define innovative projects.
Collaborate with Technical Advisory Board to stay connected with novel academic research.
Implement software Proof of Concepts (PoC) as a reference for the engineering/product team.
Conduct deep dive research for the main project while attending to other team projects.
Write technical and scientific papers and patents.
Evaluate the product to ensure it matches the original PoC.

Requirements

MSc or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
6-10+ years of experience as a researcher in image processing.
Ability to research and develop image processing algorithms in C/C++, Matlab, or Python.
Comfortable working on open-ended problems that require sustained effort.
Experience in working with engineering team to deliver PoC into products efficiently.
AI/ML experience for image processing or computer vision problems.
