Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, SQL, and Exchange).
Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills in on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Intune/AutoPilot, Active Directory Group Policies, and security protocols.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, MCSA, Microsoft 365 Certified) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and remote work skills.
ITIL or CompTIA Network+/Security+ certifications are a plus.

About the Role:
The Managed Services Engineer| Microsoft Support representative will provide comprehensive support for the client's Microsoft environment, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of systems. The role involves performing routine maintenance, system upgrades, configuration, vulnerability remediation, and break/fix services for both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. Additionally, the specialist will support various client applications, perform remote installations, and assist in optimizing infrastructure operations.
Key tasks include system recovery, platform updates, policy management, and scheduled/emergency server reboots, all while adhering to best practices and service-level agreements.
What You’ll Do:
