The Role
Are you passionate about empowering thousands to get upskilled and secure high-quality jobs?
As a Student Success Coach, you will serve as first-line support to our students providing all the information they need to succeed, graduate from their programs and find a job. You will work collaboratively with team members across the organization to resolve technical issues and clarify questions about our programs, striving always to provide the best customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Work 1:1 with students to help the stay on-track academically, meeting all requirements for graduation.
Work 1:1 with students to navigate the process of securing an externship, including drafting resumes, conducting mock interviews, ensuring students successfully complete all the requirements on time to join the externship site, and ensuring students complete the externship requirements
Liaise with the preceptors to ensure the preceptors understand their roles and responsibilities.
Provide timely support to our students successfully resolving inquiries using Front/HubSpot.
Ensure student externship placement on site within one week of them completing their program.
Coach students to excel at their externship.
Ensure students are completing their clinical cases and keeping documentation

Qualifications
Experience working for a vocational training school, university, or staffing agency
Two years of experience in career services, externship role, or student coaching role (preferred)
Front, Freshdesk, or Hubspot experience (preferred)
Be a Tech in Surgery (optional)
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail to ensure our students’ issues are resolved in the most efficient manner.
Availability to work 15-20 hours per week
