PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dev/Ops Engineer to join our dynamic team. Dev/Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing complex IT systems that meet organizational needs and align with business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to guide the organization through the deployment of robust and scalable IT solutions.
Responsibilities
路 Develop comprehensive architecture plans that integrate with existing infrastructure while anticipating future needs.
路 Create detailed blueprints for IT systems, encompassing hardware, software, networking, and security components.
路 Lead the deployment of IT solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
路 Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
路 Engage with external vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate third-party solutions.
路 Develop and maintain a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
路 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and IT team members.
路 Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential issues
Requirements
路 Experience in system design and integration
路 Strong project management skills and technical leadership
路 Broad knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and systems engineering
路 Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
路 Implement best practices for system optimization, including performance tuning and capacity planning.
路 Ensure that IT solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
路 Implement robust security measures to protect data and systems from threats.
路 Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities.
