• Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking users of our technology products.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues through phone, email, and chat interactions.
• Educate customers on using our products effectively to enhance their overall experience.
• Document all support interactions and solutions for ongoing learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in continuous training to develop your technical skills and knowledge of our products.

• Fluent in Dutch (both verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in technical support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
