• Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers across various platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues with efficiency through phone, email, and chat.
• Guide clients in using our products effectively to ensure maximum benefit.
• Document all support interactions and solutions to foster continuous improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and enhance client satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand your technical knowledge and skills.

• Fluent in German (both verbal and written), with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• A proactive approach and a genuine desire to assist customers.
