Firmware Developer (FPGA ) (Secret Clearance is required)

Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform firmware development, implementation, and testing on various VHDL components within the product line.
• Complete engineering change notice documentation to manage old and new parts.
• Develop, analyze, and review data to validate and verify system meets specifications and design requirements.
• Track and analyze product anomalies that clearly specify the problem and propose solution(s).
• Use Xilinx and/or Altera for programming or debugging.
• Document failures or fixes properly.

Requirements

• An active secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience with FPGA firmware and working with components.
• Familiarity with Xilinx and/or Altera is required.
• Agile experience is preferred.

Benefits

• $50,000 - $100,000 a year depending on experience
