<h2><br><b>Role Overview:</b></h2>We are looking for Golang and bit of knowledge with Node JS development experience with at least 3-5 years of experience to join our engineering team. S/he will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient Golang and NodeJS consumer core platform applications. s/he will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' needs.<br><br>This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.<h2><br>Job Description:</h2><p><b>About the Role:</b></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient Golang & Node JS applications.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.</li><li>Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.</li><li>Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Golang & Node JS and software development.</li><li>Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You:</b></p><ul><li>Background includes 3-5 years in Golang development with strong coding skills with Golang applications with a good understanding of its internals, frameworks, libraries and Go Concurrency.</li><li>In-depth knowledge on Postgres and Dynamo DB.</li><li>Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.</li><li>Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.</li><li>Good knowledge on Linux and Windows Operating systems.</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-Remote</p><p></p><h2>Accommodations:</h2><p></p><p>McAfee recognizes and supports its obligation to reasonably accommodate applicants and employees with disabilities.
