Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in recruitment function, preferably as an in-house recruiter in the IT/SaaS domain
Proficiency in Recruiting Tools, Advanced LinkedIn Search (including Boolean Operators), job boards, and other high-tech channels
Familiarity with local market trends in the IT/SaaS sector
Strong relationship management skills
Maturity and independence
Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
Fluency in English

About the role

As part of our recruitment team, you'll be the first point of contact for potential future colleagues, instrumental in maintaining our employer brand and bringing fresh talent to our teams. You'll work closely with both business and technical teams, managing the complete recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer.
