Summary

Responsibilities

Provide technical infrastructure support.
Manage and resolve client incidents and requests to meet required SLA’s working from a queue and assigned tickets.
Amend and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for Client’s customer environments.
Provide an escalation point for the level one support teams.
Help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure.
Adhere to Incident, Security, Problem, and Change Management processes as per Client’s customer standards (ITIL Framework).
Provide after hours on-call assistance and/or escalation on a rotating basis.
Comply with bA information security policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Infrastructure Support role.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft server operating systems - 2012 or above.
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Site & Services, GPO).
Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2013 or above.
Knowledge of VMware vSphere 6.0 or above / Hyper V.
Background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.
